These handy little staples are a great help when making leather belt loops.
To use, cut your prepared leather strip to the desired length, fold the ends round to meet, and use the points of the staple itself to mark your holes.
Push an awl through the leather to make two small holes, and then push your staple through and fold the ends inwards towards each other, pressing down to secure your loop closed.
The metal staple is completely hidden once you've enclosed your finished loop between the two layers of your buckle turn.
Dimensions: The flat area of the staple measures 8mm x 5mm and the points which you fold over are 5mm long and 2mm wide, before tapering to a point.
